After a brief stint in the maritime sector, I quickly discovered my true passion: the world of culture, visual arts and entertainment. Since then, I have built a rich career in which I have held managerial and strategic roles, always with an eye for connection, vision and growth.

As General Manager of ART-SPOT.BE and General Coordinator at CLUSTER vzw, I set up successful office structures, professionalised HR processes and brought teams and stakeholders together around a clear, future-oriented strategy.

My years at EMI Music Publishing and Sony Music Entertainment brought me into the heart of the international music world. There, I organised national and international events and co-write camps, and supervised the production of scores and soundtracks for film and television. As A&R Director, I participated in leading international music fairs, developing a deep understanding of the dynamics, logistics and creativity of the sector.

I strengthened my knowledge and leadership skills through additional training, including the LINCC master's programme (AMS/Utrecht University), courses in connective communication, and masterclasses on good governance and international collaboration in the performing arts. This expanded my expertise in personal and collective leadership, forging sustainable networks, and developing innovative working methods.
