Ines Ballesteros López & Michela Sal Brollo

For a year now, the artistic languages of Michela Dal Brollo and Inés Ballesteros have been coming together. Michela Dal Brollo and Inés Ballesteros create and activate portable equipment as a set of portable, practical and conceptual devices, which we call Living Equipment. Through The Living Equipment, they explore how to generate temporary spaces that promote more heterogeneous and diverse forms of urbanism, as opposed to a tendency towards privatisation and control in public space. The tools they develop are intended to be potential catalysts of social situations that temporarily transgress or soften spatial and social boundaries.
